Our one time treatment comprises of a FREE inspection of the premises, and FREE health education and the selection of a pest control strategy to give the optimum control of the identified pest followed by a thirty day (30) warranty period. If you want us to return for any reason during the thirty day (30) warranty period, we are more than happy to attend to you at no additional cost. Should you desire to continue engaging the service of Eagle Eye pest control and disinfection services, 100% of the one-time service charge would be applied to the ongoing service. Frequency of treatment
Based on our inspection, we select the best pest control, and disinfection service interval which will best meet your needs. We contact you through email one week prior to each scheduled service, and confirm through phone the day before. We schedule your service visits in one-hour windows, so you will always know when to expect us. You can always call or email us should you need our assistance in between scheduled pest control services.
Treatment
During our inspection, we identify pest control or disinfection needs. It is with information gathered during our inspection that we find the best and highly recommended treatment methods internationally and locally accepted by the EPA. Home protection plan
This service is designed to suit the specific need of all domestic households, it may involve a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly service plan all to the client’s needs for the control of the following pest within your premises: Ants, Rodents, Spider, Snakes, Mosquitoes, House Flies and Cockroach. Services rendered under this plan include; General Pest control, Boundary spraying, Home Sealing and an IPM control to suit home needs. We will always give you an SMS reminder two(2) days before scheduled date plus a phone call a day to the service date, all invoices can be given to customer upon completion of service we can also e-mail invoices to you if you so desire. Business protection plan
The business plan is suited for all commercial facilities, it is designed in a Monthly, Bi-monthly or a Quarterly service plan based on clients’ needs for the control of the following pest within your premises: Ants, Rodents, Spider, Mosquitoes, House Flies, and Cockroach followed by a monthly monitoring for pest activity, and education of all staff on ways of avoiding infestations. Services rendered under this plan include; General Pest control, Boundary spraying, premises sealing and an IPM control to suit business needs. Upon completion of service, a written report, and award of a certificate of disinfestation will be submitted for documentation. We will always give you an SMS reminder two (2) days before scheduled date plus a phone call a day to the service date.
